The embedded-connection toughened sandwich heat-insulation composite wallboard comprises a base material inner acanthus, a heat-insulation board and a base material outer acanthus which are sequentially connected through connecting pieces, and toughening layers are arranged on the outer surfaces of the base material inner acanthus and the base material outer acanthus respectively; the inner sides of the base material inner acanthus and the base material outer acanthus are provided with through long plate grooves in the plate length direction, and the through long plate grooves are used for being filled with high-strength grouting materials. The connecting piece comprises a web and flanges located on the two sides of the web, and the ends of the web and the flanges are anchored in the high-strength grouting material. The web is fixedly or detachably connected with the supporting arm, and a positioning boss is arranged at the end of the supporting arm. The invention has the following effects: reliable connection between the toughening layer and the base material inner leaf plate and between the toughening layer and the base material outer leaf plate is realized, and the overall deformation resistance is good; the integrality of the wallboard is enhanced through the connecting pieces; a flat die manufacturing mode is adopted, and industrial development is met.
