The guardrail fixing device further comprises clamping pieces which are symmetrically arranged, and the two clamping pieces are rotationally connected with the first fixing piece so as to clamp guardrails of different specifications. According to the using method of the construction guardrail clamping device, the device abuts against and fixes one side of a wall/column through the stretching elastic force of the spring, and the guardrail is tightly attached to the other side to be fixed.
