Rapid interpenetrating flow construction method for high-rise building
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and provides a high-rise building rapid interpenetration flow construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a three-dimensional model system; step 2, working procedure segmentation and interspersed adjustment arrangement; 3, interspersing construction is conducted; 4, the construction process is monitored, and construction content is recorded and evaluated; wherein the first step specifically comprises the steps that a three-dimensional model of the high-rise building is established through the BIM technology, and the construction workload of the building in each refined classification is calculated according to the classification of the three-dimensional model; the second step specifically comprises the steps that (1) the floors are segmented, and every N floors form a penetrating unit from bottom to top; 2) according to the subdivided workload in the three-dimensional model, performing interpenetration type setting according to the divided interpenetration units; and (3) the construction procedures of interspersing construction comprise main body construction, masonry construction, plastering construction and decoration construction. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that an existing interpenetrating construction method is long in construction period and high in manpower and resource cost input are solved.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,提出了一种高层建筑快速穿插流水施工方法,施工方法包括如下步骤:步骤一:三维模型体系建立;步骤二:工序分段,穿插调整安排;步骤三:穿插施工;步骤四:监测施工过程,记录、评定施工内容;其中,步骤一具体包括:通过BIM技术建立高层建筑三维模型,依据三维模型分类计算各个细化分类中建筑的施工工作量;步骤二具体包括:1)对楼层进行分段,从下到上每N层为一个穿插单元;2)依据三维模型中细分的工作量,根据划分好的穿插单元进行穿插式设置;3)穿插施工的施工工序分为主体、砌筑、抹灰和装修。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有穿插施工方法工期较长,且人力和资源成本投入高的问题。
