The invention discloses an automatic charging and water replenishing system for an unmanned environmental sanitation vehicle, which comprises a system cloud and a plurality of supply stations distributed in a municipal division area, and charging and water replenishing piles for replenishing water and charging for the vehicle are arranged in the supply stations; the method comprises the following steps: when a vehicle has a water replenishing or charging demand, sending a replenishment request to a system cloud; the system cloud end allocates a supply station in an idle state to the nearby of the vehicle according to the GPS position of the vehicle; the vehicle runs to a corresponding supply station according to an instruction of the system cloud end, and the supply station end guides the vehicle to run to the position of the charging water replenishing pile and realizes butt joint of the station end supply port and the vehicle end supply port; and after the vehicle is replenished, the station end guides the vehicle to drive out of the replenishment station. According to the system, the identity of the municipal unmanned pure electric sanitation vehicle and the vehicle charging and water replenishing demand quantity can be recognized, through vehicle end-cloud end-station end interaction, the vehicle arrives at a supply station nearby and is in accurate butt joint with a supply pile, and then automatic station entering and automatic charging and water replenishing of the unmanned sanitation vehicle are achieved.
