Carbonized gamma-C2S modified salt-storage slow-release ceramsite as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and discloses gamma-C2S carbide modified salt-storage slow-release ceramsite as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, treating porous ceramsite by using a corrosion inhibitor and a surfactant to obtain active ceramsite; then soaking the active ceramsite in a saturated solution of snow melting salt to obtain salt storage ceramsite; treating the salt-storage ceramsite by using a temperature sensitive agent to obtain salt-storage slow-release ceramsite; finally, the salt-storage slow-release ceramsite is subjected to gamma-C2S carbonization modification, a shell-core structure with the salt-storage slow-release ceramsite as a core and gamma-C2S carbonization as a shell is formed, and the gamma-C2S carbonization modified salt-storage slow-release ceramsite is obtained. The ceramsite prepared by the invention has the comprehensive properties of light weight, high strength, strong salt storage capacity, good slow release effect and the like, can play a long-acting snow melting and deicing effect when being applied to an asphalt pavement material, ensures good pavement performance, and has a wide application prospect in snowy areas in winter in China.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,公开了一种碳化γ‑C2S改性蓄盐缓释陶粒及其制备方法和应用。首先用缓蚀剂和表面活性剂对多孔陶粒进行处理,得到活性陶粒;然后将活性陶粒浸泡在融雪盐的饱和溶液中,得到蓄盐陶粒;再用温度敏感剂对蓄盐陶粒进行处理,得到蓄盐缓释陶粒;最后对蓄盐缓释陶粒进行碳化γ‑C2S改性,形成以蓄盐缓释陶粒为“核”、碳化γ‑C2S为“壳”的壳核结构,得到碳化γ‑C2S改性蓄盐缓释陶粒。本发明制备的陶粒具有轻质高强、蓄盐能力强、缓释效果好等综合性能,应用于沥青路面材料中,能发挥长效的融雪除冰效果,保证良好的路用性能,在我国冬季多雪的地区拥有广阔的使用前景。
