The invention provides ceramsite as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing industrial waste salt containing water-soluble sulfate and/or sulfite with auxiliary materials, and then adding a binder to prepare spheres; and roasting the obtained spheres to obtain ceramsite. According to the preparation method, auxiliary materials and the binder are added according to main components and properties of the industrial waste salt, roasting is carried out, the ceramsite serving as the lightweight aggregate can be obtained, the curing rate of water-soluble salt in the obtained ceramsite is not lower than 99%, and TOC in an aqueous extract of the ceramsite does not exceed 0.5 mg/L. The preparation method is simple in technological process and good in economical efficiency and has a good industrial application prospect.
本发明提供了一种陶粒及其制备方法和用途,所述制备方法包括下步骤:将含有水溶性硫酸盐和/或亚硫酸盐的工业废盐与辅料混合,然后加入粘结剂制成球体;将得到的球体进行焙烧,得到陶粒;所述制备方法根据所述工业废盐的主要成分以及性质,通过添加辅料、粘结剂并进行焙烧,即可得到作为轻集料的陶粒,所得陶粒中水溶性盐的固化率不低于99%,陶粒的水浸液中TOC不超过0.5mg/L;所述制备方法工艺流程简单,经济性好,具有较好的工业应用前景。
