The invention discloses high-strength antibacterial concrete based on primary aggregate and a preparation method of the high-strength antibacterial concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting a chitosan-nano silver ion composite antibacterial agent into a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, performing ultrasonic stirring for 30 minutes, sequentially putting fly ash, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, bentonite and polyacrylamide, and performing stirring to obtain a uniform mixture, namely the plant-based chitosan-copper oxide composite antibacterial agent. Then the plant-based chitosan-copper oxide composite antibacterial agent is added into the concrete, so that in the using process of the prepared concrete, infectious microbes are not prone to breeding even if the concrete is used in a humid environment, and therefore the whole prepared concrete has the good antibacterial property; meanwhile, the plant-based fiber powder is added, so that the internal peculiar smell of the concrete is reduced, the surrounding environment has a certain aromatic odor, and the functionality of a concrete product is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于原生骨料的高强度抗菌混凝土及其制备方法。本发明中,将壳聚糖‑纳米银离子复合抗菌剂投入聚羧酸减水剂中,超声波搅拌30min,依次投入粉煤灰、羟丙基甲基纤维素、膨润土和聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌得到均一混合物即为得到植物基壳聚糖‑氧化铜复合抗菌剂。之后将植物基壳聚糖‑氧化铜复合抗菌剂加入到混凝土的内部,使得制备得到的混凝土在使用过程中,即使在较为潮湿的环境中使用时,也不会轻易滋生杂菌,从而使得整个制得的混凝土具有较好的抗菌性,进而也会减少了环境中细菌的含量,同时加入了植物基纤维粉,减少了混凝土的内部异味,使得周边环境具有一定的芳香气味,提高了混凝土产品的功能性。
