Al-Mg complex-phase oxide continuous ceramic fiber and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an Al-Mg complex phase oxide continuous ceramic fiber and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following steps: 1) carrying out melt spinning on an Al-Mg complex-phase oxide ceramic precursor to obtain a fiber precursor; (2) carrying out non-melting treatment on the fiber precursor to obtain non-melting fiber; and 3) sequentially carrying out inorganic treatment and ceramization on the non-melting fiber to obtain the Al-Mg complex-phase oxide continuous ceramic fiber. According to the preparation method of the Al-Mg complex phase oxide continuous ceramic fiber, melt spinning fiber forming is adopted, the process is simple, environment friendliness is achieved, and large-scale production is facilitated. The crystal form composition of the Al-Mg complex phase oxide continuous ceramic fiber provided by the invention is a mixture of alpha-Al2O3, gamma-Al2O3 and MgAl2O4, and the proportion is adjustable. The average diameter of the Al-Mg complex phase oxide continuous ceramic fiber provided by the invention is 5-20 microns, and the tensile strength is not less than 1.0 GPa.
本发明公开了一种Al‑Mg复相氧化物连续陶瓷纤维及其制备方法。包括以下步骤:1)将Al‑Mg复相氧化物陶瓷前驱体进行熔融纺丝,得到纤维原丝;2)将所述纤维原丝进行不熔化处理,得到不熔化纤维;3)将所述不熔化纤维依次进行无机化和陶瓷化,得到Al‑Mg复相氧化物连续陶瓷纤维。本发明提供的Al‑Mg复相氧化物连续陶瓷纤维的制备方法中,采用熔融纺丝成纤,工艺简单,环境友好,便于放大生产。本发明提供的Al‑Mg复相氧化物连续陶瓷纤维的晶型组成为α‑Al2O3、γ‑Al2O3和MgAl2O4的混合,比例可调。本发明提供的Al‑Mg复相氧化物连续陶瓷纤维的平均直径为5~20μm,拉伸强度不小于1.0GPa。
