The invention relates to the field of porous ceramic microsphere materials, in particular to a preparation method of porous microspheres, which comprises the following steps: adding an oil phase containing organic zirconium and a phase separation inducer into a water phase containing a composite surfactant to form an emulsion, continuously stirring for more than 12 hours, centrifuging, collecting powder, washing, drying and carrying out heat treatment. The porous microspheres prepared by the method have a mesoporous structure, complete and regular morphology and relatively high specific surface area and pore volume, the organic solvent can be distilled and recycled, the requirement on equipment is not high, and the porous microspheres are more suitable for industrial batch application.
本发明涉及多孔陶瓷微球材料领域,具体为一种多孔微球的制备方法,将含有机锆和相分离诱导剂的油相加入到含复合表面活性剂的水相中,形成乳液,持续搅拌12h以上,离心,收集粉体后洗涤、干燥、热处理即可,本发明发明所制备的多孔微球具有介孔结构,形貌完整规则,且比表面积和孔体积较高,而且有机溶剂可以蒸馏回收,对设备的要求不高,更适合工业化批量应用。
