The multi-scale pore carbon-based microspheres are synthesized at a low temperature, and Sialon-SiC composite ceramic phases can be generated in situ in carbon skeleton pores formed in the walnut shell powder to fill part of the pores, so that pores with different scales are formed. The preparation method adopts cheap and easily available raw materials, and has the characteristics of low cost and simple preparation process, and the prepared multi-scale porous carbon microspheres have excellent high temperature resistance.
