The invention provides a lightweight carbide slag cement-based material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50 to 80 parts of cement, 5 to 40 parts of carbide slag, 1.5 to 10 parts of liquid foam and 20 to 32 parts of water. Calcium hydroxide in the carbide slag can capture CO2 together with cement during carbonization maintenance of the prepared lightweight carbide slag cement base material, so that resource utilization of the carbide slag is realized, and the carbonization efficiency is improved. Besides, pores are introduced into the cement concrete through the foaming agent, so that the diffusion velocity of CO2 during carbonization maintenance is improved, the carbonization uniformity, the carbonization efficiency and the carbon sequestration rate are improved, and meanwhile, the light weight of the carbide slag cement-based material is realized.
