本发明公开了一种路面水平切缝装置，其结构包括支撑座，支撑座的上端焊接有壳体，壳体的内腔一侧设置有切缝组件，壳体的另一侧上端焊接有供水箱，供水箱的一侧通过抽水泵连通有排水管，排水管的末端贯穿壳体的另一侧，排水管的末端连通有喷头，喷头的下端设置有清理组件。本发明既可以使毛刷条上的硬刷毛对沾附在喷头的喷嘴边缘的灰尘结块物进行清理，从而避免了灰尘结块物沾附在喷头附近结块成型影响后续的切缝喷洒降尘操作，并且降低人工清理的麻烦，又可以在第二传动杆转动过程中，使第二传动杆上的橡胶棒会不断的敲打排水管上对应的橡胶包裹套，从而可以产生振动，辅助毛刷条对喷头进行清理，进一步提高对喷头的清理效率。
