The invention discloses a suspension device, a suspension system and a taper sleeve locking method.The suspension device comprises a base, at least one supporting assembly and a sliding rod, the supporting assembly comprises a support and a cantilever, the support and the base are arranged at a certain included angle, one end of the support is connected with the base, the other end of the support is connected with the cantilever, and the sliding rod is connected to the cantilever and used for being connected with a taper sleeve locking piece; at least part of the projection, on the plane where the base is located, of the cantilever is located outside the base, so that the projection, on the plane where the base is located, of the sliding rod is located outside the base. One end of the cantilever is detachably connected with the support through a first detachable assembly, and the other end of the cantilever is detachably connected with the sliding rod through a second detachable assembly. The suspension device provides a suspension acting point for the taper sleeve locking piece, continuous dismounting and mounting are not needed in the using process, the construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, high cooperation of multiple workers is not needed, and the requirement for accuracy of construction operation is lowered.
