The invention relates to the technical field of steel bar mechanical connection, aims to solve the problem of how to improve the output pressure of a mounting tool, and provides a clamping device and equipment for locking a steel bar connector through a taper sleeve. The clamping device for locking the steel bar connector through the taper sleeve comprises a clamp body, a first clamping assembly and a second clamping assembly. The first clamping assembly comprises a first clamp arm and a first driving piece, and the first driving piece is used for driving the first clamp arm to rotate so as to clamp the taper sleeve. The second clamping assembly comprises a second clamp arm and a second driving piece, and the second driving piece is used for driving the second clamp arm to rotate so as to clamp the taper sleeve. The meshing piece is arranged between the first clamp arm and the second clamp arm, so that the first clamp arm and the second clamp arm rotate synchronously. According to the clamping device for locking the steel bar connector through the taper sleeve, axial pressure is provided through the first driving piece and the second driving piece, the first clamp arm and the second clamp arm synchronously rotate through the meshing piece, and therefore the effect that the clamping device stably outputs sufficient pressure is achieved.
