The invention provides a pumping and injecting integrated restrained grouting reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof.The reinforcing structure comprises a reinforcing body composed of a downcast pipe and a grouting pipe which are fixedly connected, and the reinforcing body is sequentially and alternately provided with grouting bag sections and downcast sections in the axial direction; an isolation end plate fixedly connected with the reinforcing main body is arranged between the grouting bag section and the dewatering section which are adjacent to each other; a grouting bag is installed on the grouting bag section, a grouting hole connected with an inner cavity of the grouting bag is formed in the side wall, located on the grouting bag section, of the grouting pipe, a precipitation filtering mechanism is installed on the precipitation section, and a precipitation hole connected with the precipitation filtering mechanism is formed in the side wall, located on the precipitation section, of the precipitation pipe. According to the pumping and injecting integrated restrained grouting reinforcing structure, the grouting pipes and the downcast pipes are alternately arranged, on one hand, the effect of downcast consolidation can be improved in the grouting process, and on the other hand, the bearing capacity of the steel pipes of the formed spaced bags is high.
