The invention discloses a fan grouting reinforcement device and a construction method thereof.The fan grouting reinforcement device adopts a first positioning flange and a second positioning flange, the first positioning flange is arranged on the outer side of the tower wall of a fan in the circumferential direction, and the second positioning flange is arranged on the inner side of the tower wall of the fan in the circumferential direction; the first positioning flange and the second positioning flange are spliced in an equal-arc mode. Compared with a traditional drilling measurement process, the positioning flange spliced in an equal arc mode is adopted, the purposes of equally dividing the arc and determining the drilling distance can be achieved at the same time, the drilling distance is accurately controlled, and therefore the grouting process and the reinforcing protection effect are more controllable and efficient; compared with fixing of a single machine position, the positioning flange has the advantages that the number of overall fixing point positions and anchor points is small, and damage to the fan foundation bearing platform caused by anchoring work is reduced to the maximum extent; drilling equipment or a shielding unit is selectively mounted on the second positioning flange; and grouting reinforcement of offshore and onshore fan foundations with the same flange diameter can be realized, so that the reinforcement device has wider applicability.
本发明公开了一种风机注浆加固装置及其施工方法,本装置采用第一定位法兰和第二定位法兰,第一定位法兰沿风机的塔筒壁周向外侧布置,第二定位法兰沿风机的塔筒壁周向内侧布置;第一定位法兰和第二定位法兰均采用等弧拼接方式;相比传统的打眼测量工艺,采用等弧拼接的定位法兰,能够同时做到等分圆弧和确定打眼距离,使得打眼距离得到精准控制,从而使得注浆工艺和加固防护效果更加可控高效;定位法兰相比于单个机位的固定,整体的固定点位和锚点少,最大限度地减少因锚固工作对风机基础承台造成损伤;在第二定位法兰可选择的安装钻孔设备或者遮挡单元;能够实现相同法兰直径的海上和陆上风机基础的注浆加固,使本加固装置拥有更加广泛的应用性。
