Anti-settlement method for bridge pile foundation
The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge pile foundations, particularly relates to an anti-sedimentation method for a bridge pile foundation, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems that the pile foundation in the prior art is inevitably settled after being used for a period of time and is inconvenient to maintain and adjust: firstly, a round deep pit is dug at the position where the bridge pile foundation needs to be built; the depth of the deep pit is 2-3 times of the thickness of the concrete counterweight table, then the vertical side wall of the deep pit is flapped to fix the topsoil, and then the bottom of the deep pit is leveled and tamped through a pile driver; and small stones with uniform particles are poured into the deep pits. During adjustment and maintenance, when the whole pile foundation descends until the weather-proof springs cannot counteract the fall, only the concrete counterweight platform needs to be integrally hoisted, then the thickness of the bearing sand layer is increased, and then all the locking nuts are adjusted to compress all the weather-proof springs to be the shortest so that the weather-proof springs can be reused; according to the maintenance method, the structure on any pile foundation does not need to be dismantled.
本发明属于桥梁桩基技术领域,尤其是一种桥梁桩基防沉降方法,针对现有技术中的桩基在使用一段时间后难免会出现沉降且维修调整不便的问题,现提出以下方案,先在需要建设桥梁桩基的位置挖一个圆形的深坑,坑的深度等于混凝土配重台的厚度的2‑3倍,之后再对深坑的竖直侧壁进行拍打以固定住浮土,再对深坑的底部用打桩机进行整平再夯实;再往深坑里面倒入颗粒均匀的小石子。本发明在调整维护的时候,当整体桩基下降到耐候弹簧无法抵消落差的时候,只需将混凝土配重台整体吊起,再增加承重沙层的厚度,之后再调节所有的锁紧螺母以将所有的耐候弹簧压缩至最短即可再次使用,这种维护方法无需拆除任何一个桩基上的结构。
