The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel dielectric ceramic composition having a high relative permittivity, low dielectric loss, an increase in relative permittivity under DC voltage, and a large maximum increase rate. A dielectric ceramic composition according to the present invention contains an oxide (I) of A, R, and B, the oxide (I) having a tetragonal tungsten bronze structure, the A including K and Ba, the R being at least one selected from the group consisting of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y, and Sc, the B being at least one selected from the group consisting of Nb and Ta, and the Ta being at least one selected from the group consisting of Nb and Ta. The amount of substance of the B is 4.75-5.25 moles (inclusive) with respect to 2 moles of the A, and the total molar fraction of the A, the R, and the B among all the metal elements included in the dielectric ceramic composition is 0.975 or more.
