PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition that is guaranteed in X9R temperature characteristic and reliability, and a laminate ceramic capacitor comprising the same.SOLUTION: A dielectric porcelain composition comprises a base material powder comprising a first main component represented by BaTiOand a second main component represented by BiNaTiO, the base material powder being represented by (1-z) BaTiO-zBiNaTiO(0.05≤z≤0.5, -0.025≤a≤0.025). When a crystal grain with Bi content of less than 1.0 at% and Na content of less than 5.0 at% is a first crystal grain, and a crystal grain with Bi content of 1.0-70 at% and Na content of 5.0-70 at% is a second crystal grain, the ratio of an area of the second crystal grain to a unit area is 5.0-50%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
