The low-doped epoxy pure steel slag asphalt mixture comprises 49-60 parts of steel slag coarse aggregate, 34-44 parts of steel slag fine aggregate, 5-7 parts of mineral powder filler, 1.6-2.3 parts of an epoxy system and 4.2-4.9 parts of matrix asphalt. Wherein the steel slag aggregate adopts unaged factory steel slag; the mineral powder is obtained by grinding limestone; the epoxy system is prepared from epoxy resin and a curing agent. According to the invention, the thermosetting property and stronger cohesiveness of the epoxy resin are utilized, and a cross-linked network structure is formed in the asphalt after the epoxy resin is cured, so that the wrapping property of the asphalt on the surface of the steel slag aggregate is improved, the hydration reaction is reduced, and the pavement performance of the mixture is further improved.
