Preparation method and application of waterproof impervious magnesium phosphate cement-based material
The invention relates to the field of magnesium phosphate cement-based materials, and particularly discloses a preparation method and application of a waterproof and impermeable magnesium phosphate cement-based material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking 80-100 parts by weight of magnesium phosphate cement, 5-8 parts by weight of a thickening time control agent, 10-14 parts by weight of the prepared water repellent agent, 7-10 parts by weight of modified graphene oxide and 30-40 parts by weight of active slag powder. The magnesium phosphate cement-based material is obtained by uniformly mixing the raw materials and then adding 25-32 parts by weight of mixing water. The magnesium phosphate cement is used as a main component, and the water repellent agent, the modified graphene oxide and the active slag powder are added into the magnesium phosphate cement, so that the problem that the magnesium phosphate cement coating is insufficient in water resistance and chloride ion erosion resistance is solved, and the magnesium phosphate cement coating has good crack resistance and secondary protection capability and can effectively resist erosion of water and chloride ions.
