The prepared high-performance LTCC material can be sintered at the low temperature of 900 DEG C under the condition that a fluxing agent is not added, and has the advantages of low dielectric constant, low loss and near-zero temperature coefficient. The preparation method is cheap in production raw materials, low in production cost and suitable for batch production, and has a good application prospect in LTCC integrated devices and substrates.
