The invention discloses a limiting swing type shock absorption and isolation bearing platform structure which comprises a bearing platform lower portion, a bearing platform upper portion, a prestress system and a limiting recovery device. The upper surface of the lower part of the bearing platform is connected with the lower surface of the upper part of the bearing platform, and is a convex spherical surface and a concave spherical surface respectively to form spherical crown-shaped compaction; an upper sliding steel plate is arranged on the lower surface of the bearing platform; a lower sliding steel plate is arranged on the upper surface of the lower bearing platform; a viscous damping coating is arranged between the upper sliding steel plate and the lower sliding steel plate; the pre-stress system comprises a plurality of pre-stress rods with low shear strength arranged between the lower part of the bearing platform and the upper part of the bearing platform; the limiting recovery device comprises a plurality of steel strands or steel wire ropes penetrating through the upper portion of the bearing platform upwards from the lower portion of the bearing platform. The post-earthquake sliding deformation recoverable performance is achieved, and post-earthquake overhaul and reinforcement are facilitated; and shock absorption and isolation displacement is controllable, and overturning is avoided in the earthquake.
