The invention discloses a method for replacing foundation bolts of a bridge support. The method comprises the steps that the support is fixed to a cushion block of a bridge pier through a temporary fixing piece; a groove body is dug in the position, corresponding to the foundation bolt, of the cushion block of the bridge pier in the transverse bridge direction so that the foundation bolt can be exposed out, and the foundation bolt is cut off through a cutting device and taken out; new support foundation bolts are installed, grouting materials are poured into the groove body, and foundation bolt nuts are tightened after solidification; and dismantling the temporary fixing piece. According to the bridge support foundation bolt replacement method, the foundation bolts of the support can be dismounted and replaced by additionally arranging the temporary fixing pieces; by adjusting the construction sequence, the foundation bolts can be replaced outside a railway skylight point (not occupying the time of the railway skylight point), a large amount of time is saved for position adjustment, overall replacement and the like of the support, and replacement of the support in the skylight point can be achieved.
