Rack system for group building construction
The invention provides a rack system for group building construction. The rack system comprises two main rails, a walking portal frame, stand columns, a masonry rack and a lifting assembly. The walking portal frame is arranged on the two main rails and used for walking to the position over the single building areas along the main rails. The stand column is slidably connected to the middle of the walking portal frame in the vertical direction, has a supporting state that the stand column descends to the bottom end to support a building base or the ground and further has a suspended state that the bottom end ascends to be higher than the top face of a building. The masonry rack is slidably connected to the stand column in the vertical direction and provided with a self-driving mechanism connected with the stand column, and the masonry rack is driven by the self-driving mechanism to ascend and descend along the stand column. The output end of the lifting assembly is connected with the stand column, and the lifting assembly is used for pulling the stand column to ascend and descend relative to the walking portal frame. According to the rack system for group building construction, the time for machine moving can be shortened, and the working efficiency of group building construction is improved.
