The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing powder of the drilling cuttings, the bauxite and the potassium feldspar, adding water, and uniformly stirring to form slurry; grinding the slurry, adding a binder and a dispersant, uniformly stirring, and aging; the aged product is placed in a centrifugal spray drying tower to be formed, and a proppant blank is obtained; and sintering the green body to obtain the product. The micro-nano ceramic proppant is prepared by taking the drilling cuttings as raw materials, so that the problems of stacking and treating the drilling cuttings are solved, and the recycling of the drilling cuttings is realized; meanwhile, the prepared micro-nano ceramic proppant has ultra-low density and high strength.
