The invention discloses a steel arch bridge arch rib pushing process which comprises the following steps: step 1, mounting temporary piers according to a design line shape of a steel arch bridge, and arranging splicing platforms between skewbacks on two sides and between the adjacent temporary piers; 2, hoisting a guide beam and a first section of steel arch rib to the splicing platform, and fixedly connecting the guide beam and the first section of steel arch rib into a whole on the splicing platform; thirdly, the first section of steel arch rib is pushed through pushing equipment till the next arch splicing state is achieved, and the steel arch ribs on the two sides are synchronously pushed; fourthly, the first section of steel arch rib is temporarily fixed, a second section of steel arch rib is installed, and the second section of steel arch rib is pushed through pushing equipment till the next arch splicing state is achieved; fifthly, the third step and the fourth step are repeated till the steel arch ribs are pushed to the middle of the steel arch bridge, the guide beams are dismantled, and pushing continues till the steel arch bridge is closed; sixthly, the line shape of the steel arch ribs is adjusted, and folding is completed. The construction technology is safe, reliable, economical and applicable, and the safety and efficiency of construction are improved.
