The invention provides an integrated high-frequency breaking hammer and a using method. The integrated high-frequency breaking hammer comprises a hammer body, a mounting cavity is formed in the center of the hammer body, motor mounting flanges are mounted on the two sides of the mounting cavity, an eccentric block is rotationally mounted between the motor mounting flanges, and the two ends of the eccentric block are connected with motors used for driving the eccentric block to rotate correspondingly; the motor is fixed on the outer wall of the motor mounting flange; the top end of the hammer body is provided with two sets of symmetrically-arranged hammer head connecting plates, and a main bearing pin and an auxiliary bearing pin used for being connected with a mechanical arm are installed between the hammer head connecting plates. A wear-resistant hammer head is arranged at the bottom end of the hammer body, and a wear-resistant sheath is arranged on the inner wall of one end, close to the wear-resistant hammer head, of the hammer body. According to the breaking hammer, the advantages of a traditional high-frequency breaking hammer and a single hook are combined together, on the premise that vibration of an original machine arm frame and a whole machine is not caused, high-frequency exciting force is added on the basis of traditional digging force during digging, and the breaking efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明提供了一体化高频破碎锤及使用方法,包括锤体,锤体的中心部位设置有安装腔体,安装腔体的两侧安装有马达安装法兰,马达安装法兰之间转动安装有偏心块,偏心块的两端分别与用于驱动其转动的马达相连;马达固定在马达安装法兰的外壁上;锤体的顶端设置有两组对称布置的锤头连接板,锤头连接板之间安装有用于连接机械臂的主承载销和副承载销;锤体的底端设置有耐磨锤头,锤体在靠近耐磨锤头一端的内壁设置有耐磨护套。此破碎锤将传统高频破碎锤及单钩的优点融合在一起,在不导致原机臂架及整机振动的前提下,挖掘动作时在传统挖掘力的基础上加上了高频激振力,有效提高了破碎效率。
