Protection method for existing pipeline connected in foundation pit excavation
The invention relates to a method for protecting existing pipelines connected in excavation of a foundation pit, which comprises the following steps: excavating a transverse pipeline longitudinally and uniformly at intervals to form reserved soil bodies, and arranging a transverse supporting pipe and a gap reinforcing body below the transverse pipeline; a first lifting rod is arranged between the balance lifting plate and a first pipe groove in the lower part of the transverse pipeline; a third lifting rod is arranged between a second pipe groove and the bracket cross beam; a vertical position adjusting bolt and an inclined position adjusting bolt are arranged at the lower part of the second pipe groove; during excavation construction of a pile hole of a third support pile, the lifting conveying belt between the driving roller and the driven roller is used for driving the lifting charging barrel to remove pile hole slag; two rows of steel structure stand columns are evenly arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the transverse pipeline, and a back pressure bag is arranged between the pier top supporting plate and the transverse pipeline; lateral jacking pressure is applied to the transverse pipeline through the column side positioning bolts and the pipe wall pressing plates, and a pipe top cover plate is laid on the upper portion of the arch-shaped supporting beam. The influence of foundation pit excavation construction on the transverse pipeline can be effectively reduced, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明涉及基坑开挖相接既有管线防护方法,通过在横向管道纵向均匀间隔开挖形成预留土体,并在横向管道的下方设置了横向支撑管及间隙补强体;在平衡吊板与横向管道下部的第一管槽之间设施第一吊杆,在第二管槽与撑架横梁之间第三吊杆;在第二管槽的下部设置竖向调位栓和斜向调位栓;在第三支护桩的桩孔开挖施工时,借助主动滚轮和从动滚轮之间的提升传送带带动提升料筒将桩孔孔渣移除;沿横向管道纵向均匀间隔打设两排钢构立柱,并在墩顶撑板与横向管道之间设置反压囊袋;通过柱侧调位栓及管壁压板对横向管道施加侧向顶压力,并在拱形撑梁的上部铺设管顶盖板。本发明可有效减小基坑开挖施工对横向管道的影响,降低了施工难度。
