The invention discloses a magnesia carbon brick with an anti-oxidation coating and a processing method of the magnesia carbon brick. The processing method of the magnesia carbon brick with the anti-oxidation coating comprises the following steps: (1) roughing the magnesia carbon brick; (2) anti-oxidation smearing; (3) refining the magnesia carbon brick; (4) surface fine polishing treatment; the preparation method of the magnesia carbon brick comprises the following steps: putting 80-100 parts of sintered magnesia fine powder, 5-15 parts of sintered magnesia particles, 1-8 parts of graphite fine powder, 4-9 parts of an antioxidant and 2-8 parts of aldehyde resin into a mixing mill, uniformly mixing for 8-20 minutes, introducing the uniformly mixed material into a mold, and baking and curing at 120-240 DEG C for 5-10 hours to obtain a rough magnesia carbon brick. According to the method, the whole magnesia carbon brick has higher oxidation resistance by doping the antioxidant and smearing the antioxidant coating during preparation of the magnesia carbon brick, and the smoothness of the oxidation-resistant coating is improved, the attractiveness and the surface quality of the magnesia carbon brick are enhanced, and the attractiveness of the oxidation-resistant coating in actual use is improved through accurate grinding of the magnesia carbon brick.
本发明公开了一种带抗氧化涂层的镁碳砖及其加工方法,所述带抗氧化涂层的镁碳砖的加工方法的步骤如下:(1)镁碳砖粗制;(2)抗氧化涂抹;(3)镁碳砖精制;(4)表面精抛处理;所述镁碳砖制备:将80‑100份的烧结镁砂细粉、5‑15份的烧结镁砂颗粒、1‑8份的石墨细粉、4‑9份的抗氧化剂、2‑8份的醛树脂,放入混炼机中混匀8‑20分钟,再将混匀料导入模具中,然后在120‑240℃下烘烤固化5‑10小时,得到粗制镁碳砖。本方法通过镁碳砖配备时掺入抗氧化剂,涂抹抗氧化剂涂层,让整个镁碳砖,具有更高的抗氧化性能,通过镁碳砖精磨加工,用于提高抗氧化涂层的光滑度,增强镁碳砖美观性和表面质量,用于提高抗氧化涂层实际使用时的美观性。
