The invention discloses a thermal-shock-resistant and wear-resistant castable for a household garbage incinerator and a preparation method and device thereof. The castable is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 130 to 160 parts of fused corundum powder, 80 to 100 parts of zircon powder, 50 to 65 parts of silicon dioxide, 30 to 40 parts of high bauxite clinker, 25 to 35 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 15 to 20 parts of andalusite particles, 10 to 15 parts of silicon carbide powder, 8 to 12 parts of zinc oxide micro powder, 6 to 10 parts of carbon black, 5 to 8 parts of plant ash, 5 to 8 parts of a water reducing agent, 3 to 6 parts of a dispersing agent and 4 to 11 parts of a toughening additive. The castable can bear extreme heat in a high-temperature environment and does not soften, melt or crack, and the heat conductivity and the heat insulation performance of the castable are balanced just right, so that the castable has small internal damage and excellent thermal shock resistance when facing severe thermal change.
