The invention discloses a medium high Q value temperature stable type microwave dielectric ceramic powder and a preparation scheme thereof, and the medium high Q value temperature stable type microwave dielectric ceramic powder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: MgO, ZnO, TiO2, CaCO3, BaCO3, Nb2O5, MnCO3, SiO2, ZrO2, H3B03 and SrCO3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) weighing materials; (2) putting the weighed materials into high-purity water according to the mass ratio of the powder to the water being 1: (1-1.2), then adding a dispersing agent, and uniformly dispersing by using a sand mill to form slurry; 3) dehydrating the sanded slurry by using centrifugal spray drying; 4) calcining the dried powder by using a muffle furnace or a pushed slab kiln; and (5) pulverizing and crushing the calcined powder by using a universal pulverizing machine to obtain the ceramic powder disclosed by the invention. The technological process is short, the production efficiency is high, and the prepared ceramic powder is high in repeatability, stable in electrical property and low in temperature change coefficient.
