The preparation device comprises an emulsified asphalt storage tank and a control box, a conveying pump for conveying emulsified asphalt is installed in the control box, and the discharging end of the conveying pump is connected with a feeding port of the emulsified asphalt storage tank through a conveying pipe; the preparation device is further provided with a circulating pump, the feeding end of the circulating pump is connected with the circulating discharging port of the emulsified asphalt storage tank through a circulating pipeline, and the discharging end of the circulating pump is connected with the feeding port through a pipeline and a conveying pipe. And an electromagnetic flowmeter is arranged on the conveying pipe communicated with the discharge end of the circulating pump. The emulsified asphalt storage tank and the control box are integrally designed on the bottom plate, so that the problem that the emulsified asphalt storage tank is inconvenient to move is solved; resistance wires are arranged on the conveying pipe and the circulating pipeline to heat emulsified asphalt, and meanwhile, an electric heating pipe is also arranged in the emulsified asphalt storage tank, so that the problem of long time required by natural airing after a mixture paved on a road surface is rolled and demulsified is solved.

本发明公开的一种乳化沥青冷再生混合料的制备装置，包括：乳化沥青存储罐和控制箱，控制箱内安装有输送乳化沥青的输送泵,输送泵的出料端通过输料管与乳化沥青存储罐的进料口连接；该制备装置还设置有循环泵，循环泵的进料端通过循环管道与乳化沥青存储罐的循环出料口连接，循环泵的出料端通过管道及输料管与所述进料口连接；在与所述循环泵的出料端联通的输料管上设有电磁流量计。本发明专利将乳化沥青存储罐和控制箱集成设计在底板上，解决了乳化沥青存储罐不便于移动的问题；在输料管和循环管道上设置有电阻丝对乳化沥青进行加热，同时在乳化沥青存储罐中也设置电加热管，解决了铺设在路面上的混合料碾压破乳后自然晾干所需要时间长的问题。
