The invention discloses a construction method of a flashing protection layer at a 90-degree internal corner of a parapet wall root, and solves the problems of long construction time and poor appearance and interior quality of the protection layer in the prior art. Aiming at the 90-degree internal corner of the root of a roof parapet wall, a forming tool mold suitable for construction of an arc-shaped flashing protection layer at the internal corner is developed, and a right-angle-shaped upper angle steel horizontal cross beam and a right-angle-shaped upper angle steel horizontal cross beam are arranged between two step-shaped supports which are in lap joint and supported between the parapet wall and a roof surface respectively. A right-angle-shaped upper horizontal guide rail and a right-angle-shaped lower horizontal guide rail are arranged in the two angle steel horizontal cross beams respectively, an inverted-trapezoid-shaped arc-shaped patter is movably erected between the two right-angle-shaped upper horizontal guide rail and the right-angle-shaped lower horizontal guide rail, and one-time forming of an arc-shaped flashing protection layer at the internal corner is achieved by moving the inverted-trapezoid-shaped arc-shaped patter. The construction efficiency of the roof parapet wall root flashing protection layer is improved, and the forming quality of the flashing protection layer is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种女儿墙根部90度阴角处泛水保护层的施作方法,解决了现有技术存在的施工耗时长,以及保护层外表和内在质量均差的问题;本发明针对屋面女儿墙根部的90度阴角处,开发出了适合阴角处的弧形泛水保护层施作的成型工装模具,在搭接和支撑在女儿墙与屋顶面之间的两台阶状支架之间分别设置直角状上角钢水平横梁和直角状上角钢水平横梁,在两角钢水平横梁中分别设置直角状上水平导轨和直角状下水平导轨,将倒梯形状弧形抹板活动架设在两直角状上下水平导轨之间,通过移动倒梯形状弧形抹板实现了阴角处弧形的泛水保护层的一次成型;不但提高了屋面女儿墙根部泛水保护层的施工效率,还大幅度提高了泛水保护层的成型质量。
