The invention provides a scaffold board fixing device and method, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The scaffold board fixing device comprises a board pressing mechanism, a pressurizing component and a fixing hook mechanism; the pressing plate mechanism comprises a clamping plate arranged above the scaffold board; the clamping plates and the transverse horizontal rods forming the scaffold board supporting frame are arranged in parallel up and down; shaft holes are formed in two ends of the clamping plate; the pressurizing component comprises a shaft piece vertically arranged in the shaft hole in a penetrating mode, a shaft cap fixedly arranged at the top of the shaft piece and an elastic piece arranged on the periphery of the shaft piece in a sleeving mode. The fixing hook mechanism comprises a hook body hung on the periphery of the transverse horizontal rod and a hook body connecting part arranged at the top of the hook body; and the top end of the hook body connecting part is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the shaft piece. The problems that in the prior art, due to the fact that the two ends of the scaffold board are bound to the transverse rod of the supporting frame through iron wires or ropes, a method for fixing the scaffold board is inconvenient to mount and dismount, long time is consumed, binding materials cannot be recycled, and materials are wasted can be solved.
本发明提供一种脚手板固定装置及方法,属于建筑施工技术领域,包括压板机构、加压构件和固定钩机构;压板机构包括设置在脚手板上方的夹板;夹板与构成脚手板支撑架的横向水平杆呈上下平行布置;在夹板的两端均设置有轴孔;加压构件包括竖向穿设在轴孔内部的轴件、固设在轴件顶部的轴帽和套设在轴件外周的弹性件;固定钩机构包括挂设在横向水平杆外周的钩体和设置在所述钩体顶部的钩体连接部;钩体连接部的顶端与所述轴件的底端固定连接。本发明能够解决现有技术中,采用铁丝或绳子将脚手板的两端绑扎在支撑架的横杆上,对脚手板进行固定的方法存在安装和拆卸不便、耗费较长的时间、并且绑扎材料不能循环利用,导致材料浪费等问题。
