The scaffold-free bridge pier reinforcing structure comprises a circular steel wire mesh surrounding the outer side of a bridge pier reinforcing part, the upper portion and the lower portion of the bridge pier reinforcing part and located on the outer side of the circular steel wire mesh are each provided with a circle of steel strand in a surrounding mode, and a circle of tightly-arranged L-shaped UHPC membrane shell pieces are arranged on the outer side of the bridge pier reinforcing part in the circumferential direction; the bottoms and the upper portions of the inner surfaces of the UHPC membrane shell pieces are hung on the corresponding steel strands in a lapped mode, and common concrete or UHPC is poured in the space between the UHPC membrane shell pieces and the pier reinforcing portion. The structure is beneficial for solving the problems that scaffolds are not easy to erect on existing overwater or mountain stream piers, reinforcing construction is complex, and the construction period is long.
本发明涉及一种免脚手架加固桥墩结构及施工方法,包括围绕在桥墩加固部位外侧的圆形钢丝网,桥墩加固部位的上下部且位于圆形钢丝网的外侧均围绕有一圈钢绞线,桥墩加固部位的外侧沿圆周方向布设有一圈紧密排列的L型UHPC膜壳片,所述UHPC膜壳片底部和内表面上部搭挂在对应的钢绞线上,位于UHPC膜壳片与桥墩加固部位之间的空间内浇筑有普通混凝土或UHPC。该结构有助于解决现有水上或山涧桥墩不易搭设脚手架,加固施工复杂,工期长等问题。
