The reinforcing device comprises a pre-buried assembly buried in a support pile, the pre-buried assembly comprises a rib attaching plate and a first rib sleeving pipe, the rib attaching plate is provided with an insertion piece hole, the opening of the insertion piece hole faces the inner side of the foundation pit, and the first rib sleeving pipe sleeves the insertion piece hole; the first rib sleeving pipe is connected to the rib attaching plate and arranged outside a vertical main rib of the supporting pile in a sleeving mode. One end of the auxiliary beam plate is embedded in the waist beam, and the other end of the auxiliary beam plate is detachably inserted into the insertion piece hole; and the second sleeve rib pipe is mounted on the auxiliary beam plate and sleeves the horizontal main rib of the waist beam. The problem that when an existing waist beam and a support pile are connected, welding spots are prone to aging due to pulling and welding connection is solved.
本发明公开了一种超大基坑中部腰梁加固装置及其施工方法,包括:埋设于支护桩中的预埋组件,所述预埋组件包括附筋板和第一套筋管,所述附筋板开设有插片孔,所述插片孔的孔口朝向基坑的内侧设置,所述第一套筋管连接于所述附筋板且套设于所述支护桩的竖向主筋的外部;附梁板,所述附梁板的一端埋设于腰梁内,所述附梁板的另一端可拆卸地插设于所述插片孔中;第二套筋管,安装于所述附梁板且套设于所述腰梁的水平主筋的外部。本发明解决了现有的腰梁与支护桩进行连接时,采用拉结焊接连接存在焊点易老化的问题。
