The invention provides a roadbed and side slope three-dimensional drainage system and a construction method thereof.The roadbed and side slope three-dimensional drainage system comprises a roadbed drainage part and a side slope drainage part, the roadbed drainage part sequentially comprises a roadbed filler layer, a capillary geotextile layer, a gravel layer and an asphalt concrete pavement from bottom to top, and a side slope I is formed between the edge of the asphalt concrete pavement and the bottom of the roadbed; the surface of the slope I is covered with a cultivating and planting soil layer, vetiver grass is planted on the cultivating and planting soil layer to form a vetiver grass planting layer, and drainage ditches are formed in the slope bottom of the embankment slope; the side slope drainage part comprises a side slope II arranged on the other side of the drainage ditch, a water collecting pipe parallel to the side slope II is arranged below the slope surface of the side slope II, and a plurality of openings are formed in the water collecting pipe towards the interior of the side slope II and communicated with drainage nails. Compared with a traditional PVC drainage pipe, the drainage nail is high in drainage efficiency and good in long-term drainage performance, and a new method is provided for roadbed slope water damage treatment.
