The invention discloses a pressure-free construction method in the construction process of hanging an inclined suspender below a cantilever steel truss. According to the construction method, construction is conducted from bottom to top, floor steel beam installation can be started without waiting for installation of the top truss, the suspension structure and the core tube can be installed synchronously, and the overall construction period is effectively shortened. Temporary supporting installation is adopted for the suspension structure, the installation sequence is similar to that of a common frame structure, common steel structure installation mechanical equipment such as a tower crane, a truck crane and a crawler crane can be used, the construction method is simple, the steel structure installation cost is reduced, and it is guaranteed that a suspender only bears tension and does not bear pressure in the construction process. In addition, a calculation formula of the elevation of each floor of the suspension structure is defined, and the influence of structural deformation on suspender installation in the unloading process of the suspension structure is eliminated by controlling the elevation of the floor beam.
本发明公开了一种悬臂钢桁架下吊挂斜吊杆施工过程无压力的施工方法。本施工方法为从下往上施工,无需等待顶部桁架安装完成即可开始楼层钢梁安装,可使得悬挂结构与核心筒同步进行安装,有效缩短总体施工的工期。悬挂结构采用临时支撑安装,安装顺序与通常框架结构相似,可使用塔吊、汽车吊、履带吊等常用钢结构安装机械设备,施工方法简单,降低钢结构安装成本,且又保证了施工过程中吊杆只承受拉力、不承受压力。另外,本发明还明确了悬挂结构各楼层标高计算公式,并通过控制楼层梁标高,消除悬挂结构卸载过程中结构变形对吊杆安装的影响。
