Construction method for transforming suspender arch bridge through steel truss girder
The invention discloses a construction method for transforming a suspender arch bridge by adopting a steel truss girder. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a pile foundation, a bearing platform and a lower pier column section; a combined support is installed; a lower truss girder is installed on the combined support; the lower truss girder is transversely and longitudinally jacked to the designed position in sequence; correspondingly installing the upper truss girder on the original bridge cross beam, and connecting the upper truss girder with the lower truss girder to form an integral steel truss girder; mounting the upper pier column section and the cover beam; and jacking the steel truss girder to complete system conversion, and dismounting the combined bracket. A construction platform is provided for transverse pushing and longitudinal jacking of the steel trussed girder through combination of the lower structure installed in a sectional mode and the combined support, the assembled steel trussed girder structure and an original bridge cross beam are connected into a whole, and therefore system conversion from an original suspender arch bridge to a new beam type bridge is rapidly and stably achieved; and the reconstruction construction effect is ensured while the construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明公开了一种采用钢桁梁改造吊杆拱桥的施工方法,包括:施工桩基、承台及下墩柱节段;安装组合式支架;在组合式支架上安装下部桁梁;依次横向顶推、纵向顶升下部桁梁至设计位置;在原桥横梁上对应安装上部桁梁,并与下部桁梁连为整体钢桁梁;安装上墩柱节段及盖梁;顶升钢桁梁完成体系转换,拆除组合式支架。本发明通过分段式安装的下构与组合式支架结合为钢桁梁横向顶推和纵向顶升提供施工平台,配合拼装式钢桁梁结构与原桥横梁连为整体,从而快速、稳定的实现原吊杆拱桥‑新梁式桥的体系转换,在降低施工难度的同时保证了改造施工效果。
