The locking piece is arranged on the supporting seat and is matched with the vertical rod for self-locking; the lifting driving piece is detachably installed on the supporting seat and used for being matched with the locking piece to drive the vertical rod to ascend and descend; the locking piece comprises a sleeve and an internal thread arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve, an external thread is arranged at the position, corresponding to the sleeve, of the vertical rod in the axial direction, the sleeve is arranged outside the vertical rod in a sleeving mode and is in threaded fit with the vertical rod, and the end, corresponding to the supporting base, of the sleeve is matched with the supporting base to support the vertical rod. The lifting driving piece drives the sleeve to rotate so as to adjust the height of the vertical rod. According to the invention, early-stage work can be reduced, and human resource allocation is more reasonable.
