The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel engineering, and discloses a supporting structure of an active fault crossing hydraulic tunnel, which comprises a plurality of linings and a plurality of water stopping devices which are sequentially and fixedly arranged along the circumferential direction or the axial direction of the inner wall of the hydraulic tunnel; one end of each lining is provided with a guide groove, and the other end of each lining is provided with a bolt hole; the adjacent linings are arranged in a lap joint mode, the bolt holes of the adjacent linings coincide with the guide grooves and are connected through bolts, and the length of the guide grooves is larger than the diameter of screw rods of the bolts. The water stopping devices are arranged in the lap joint areas of the adjacent linings. When slight fault dislocation occurs, the lining cannot be damaged due to the fact that dislocation allowance is reserved in the guide groove of the supporting structure, and normal operation of the hydraulic tunnel can be guaranteed. When the lining is damaged due to serious fault movement, only the lining at the damaged position is replaced, construction can be completed through lap joint between the linings, and construction is convenient and fast.
