The invention relates to the technical field of railway tunnel construction, in particular to a track structure in a tunnel penetrating through an active fault and a correction construction method. The structure comprises an inverted arch filling layer, a cushion layer, a spherical hinge rotating body support and a base plate, the cushion layer is arranged above the inverted arch filling layer; the spherical hinge rotating body support is cylindrical and is arranged in the circular groove; the base plate is arranged on the spherical hinge rotating body support; a rotation limiting device for fixing the rotation angle of the spherical hinge rotation body support is further arranged between the base plate and the inverted arch filling layer. According to the track structure, horizontal rotation, vertical rotation and distortion correction are carried out on the track plate, so that the transverse and vertical curve radiuses of the dislocated track are effectively increased, the line of the line track is smooth, and the curve is in smooth transition, thereby meeting the track direction, height and distortion acceptance indexes of the high-speed rail track; therefore, the defect that rail deformation of a conventional high-speed rail line is difficult to adjust and correct after fault dislocation is effectively overcome.
