The invention discloses a process method for preparing SO2 and coupling production of cement clinker by decomposing ardealite with iron-containing solid waste, which comprises the following steps: feeding a mixed material of ardealite, coal and Fe3O4-containing solid waste into a circulating fluidized bed reactor, reducing the ardealite into SO2 at high temperature and generating a large amount of dicalcium ferrite; flue gas enters the reburning chamber after passing through the two cyclone separators and then enters the waste heat recovery boiler for heat exchange, and the flue gas subjected to heat exchange enters the acid making unit after passing through the high-temperature dust remover. Materials from a fluidized bed slag discharge port, a return feeder outlet and a secondary cyclone separator outlet are directly fed into the rotary kiln, and limestone, clay and coal are added into the rotary kiln at the same time. The rotary kiln is heated to the high temperature through waste heat of a fluidized bed solid-phase product and coal combustion heat release, and high-temperature clinker enters a deslagging waste heat recovery boiler for waste heat recovery.
