Preparation method of C/C-Ti3SiC2 composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a C/C-Ti3SiC2 composite material, and relates to the technical field of composites.The method comprises the steps that Ti powder and LPCS serve as raw materials to prepare a precursor mixture; putting a C/C composite material with the density of 1.12 g/cm < 3 > into the precursor mixture, and stirring and dipping to obtain a dipped C/C composite material; carrying out curing operation on the impregnated C/C composite material to obtain a C/C composite material curing precursor mixture; and carrying out a heat treatment process on the C/C composite material curing precursor mixture to obtain the C/C-Ti3SiC2 composite material. Therefore, the problems that a traditional preparation method of the Ti3SiC2 modified C/C composite material is low in yield, complex in process and large in raw material consumption are solved.
本申请公开了一种C/C‑Ti3SiC2复合材料的制备方法,涉及复合材料技术领域,该方法包括:以Ti粉、LPCS作为原料配制先驱体混合物;将密度为1.12g/cm3的C/C复合材料置于先驱体混合物中,进行搅拌和浸渍操作,获得浸渍后的C/C复合材料;对浸渍后的C/C复合材料进行固化操作,获得C/C复合材料固化先驱体混合物;对C/C复合材料固化先驱体混合物进行热处理工艺,获得C/C‑Ti3SiC2复合材料。从而解决了传统的Ti3SiC2改性C/C复合材料的制备方法存在产率较低、工艺复杂、原料消耗较大的问题。
