The invention provides a device and method for reinforcing an underwater soft soil foundation, a partition plate is arranged in a pressure grouting tank, the pressure grouting tank is divided into two independent cavities, one cavity is used for storing a synthetic prepolymer, and the other cavity is used for storing a foaming agent and a catalyst; a funnel for adding magnetic waterproof polyurethane liquid is arranged at the top of the pressure grouting tank; the top of the pressure grouting tank is connected with a grouting control system for grouting; and the bottom of the pressure grouting tank communicates with an iron core grouting pipe, the tail end of the iron core grouting pipe is matched with the electromagnetic plate, and the iron core grouting pipe is used for adsorbing the magnetic waterproof polyurethane rigid foam generated by foaming underwater. According to the method, a conventional material can be prevented from being influenced by water flow, the hardness of the magnetic waterproof polyurethane rigid foam can reach the standard by adding the additive, meanwhile, the magnetic waterproof polyurethane rigid foam has salt and alkali resistance and seawater corrosion resistance, and the density is increased, so that the magnetic waterproof polyurethane rigid foam can sink into the seabed to serve as a foundation for engineering construction.
本发明提供了一种加固水下软土地基的装置及方法,压力注浆罐的内部设置有隔板,并分隔成两个独立的腔体,其中一个腔体用于储存合成预聚物,另一腔体用于储存发泡剂和催化剂;压力注浆罐的顶部设置有用于添加磁性防水聚氨酯液体的漏斗;压力注浆罐的顶部与用于注浆的注浆控制系统相连;压力注浆罐的底部连通有铁芯注浆管,铁芯注浆管的末端与电磁板相配合,并在水下用于对发泡产生的磁性防水聚氨酯硬质泡沫进行吸附。此方法能避免常规材料被水流影响,而且通过加入添加剂,可以使磁性防水聚氨酯硬质泡沫的硬度达到标准,同时具有抗盐碱性、抗海水的腐蚀性,并且增大密度能沉入海底当作工程建设的地基使用。
