The invention discloses a construction method of a side slope drainage culvert pipe. The inner layer of the composite pipeline is a plastic hose, and the hose has certain rigidity; the outside of the plastic hose is wrapped by two layers of wire meshes, and 4-6 through steel bars are placed between the inner-layer wire mesh and the outer-layer wire mesh; the intervals among the plastic hose, the inner-layer iron wire mesh, the outer-layer iron wire mesh and the through steel wires are preferably expanded by metal rings and are bound and fixed by iron wires, and proper holes for accommodating concrete are reserved; the outermost layer is a plastic template and is fixed on the wall surface of the side slope by nails, fine aggregate concrete is poured into the plastic template, and the wall surface of the side slope is cleaned before pouring so as to be beneficial to concrete bonding; in this way, a reinforced concrete composite pipeline tightly attached to the side slope wall face is formed.
