The anti-pinch control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a current speed of a controlled object and a first position of the controlled object in real time; obtaining a target current of the controlled object at the first position according to a first corresponding relation and the first position; the first corresponding relation is a corresponding relation between the first position and the target current; controlling a motor of the controlled object to drive according to the target current so as to determine a target speed of the controlled object at the first position; if the difference value between the current speed and the target speed is larger than a first threshold value, anti-pinch control operation is triggered. Therefore, according to the method, the motor is driven based on the target current, and when the controlled object encounters the obstacle, the control mode can avoid the sudden rise of the current, weaken the impact force of the controlled object encountering the obstacle and play a role in protecting the obstacle.
