The invention relates to the technical field of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, and discloses a method for preparing vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, latex powder and application of the latex powder. The method comprises the following steps: in the presence of water, a protective colloid, a reducing agent and an oxidizing agent, carrying out a copolymerization reaction on a vinyl acetate monomer and an olefin monomer, the olefin monomer is an ethylene monomer or a combination of the ethylene monomer and a third monomer; wherein the reducing agent is a combination of sodium pyrosulfite and ferrous salt; the oxidizing agent is a combination of persulfate and bivalent copper salt. The VAE emulsion prepared by the method provided by the invention is environment-friendly and free of formaldehyde, and the grafting rate can reach 60% or above; meanwhile, the workability of the prepared VAE emulsion and cement is relatively high. The redispersible latex powder prepared from the VAE emulsion has good redispersion performance and anti-caking performance.
本发明涉及醋酸乙烯酯‑乙烯共聚物乳液技术领域,公开了一种制备醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共聚乳液的方法、醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共聚乳液、乳胶粉及其应用。该方法包括:在水、保护胶体、还原剂和氧化剂的存在下,将醋酸乙烯酯单体与烯烃单体进行共聚反应;所述烯烃单体为乙烯单体或者为乙烯单体与第三单体的组合;其中,所述还原剂为焦亚硫酸钠和二价铁盐的组合;所述氧化剂为过硫酸盐和二价铜盐的组合。采用本发明提供的方法制备得到的VAE乳液环保不含甲醛,且接枝率能够达到60%以上;同时,制备得到的VAE乳液与水泥的和易性较高。采用前述VAE乳液制备得到的可再分散乳胶粉具有良好的再分散性能和抗结块性能。
