The invention relates to a factory concrete road kerb pre-arrangement construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, excavating a road foundation trench according to road coordinates and road surface width; after earth excavation is finished, roadbed compaction operation is carried out; after the compaction degree of the roadbed meets the design requirement, a rainwater pipe and a collecting well on the road are excavated according to the drawing positions and are installed; after the peripheries of the rainwater pipe and the collecting well are tamped, paving a base layer graded sand-gravel material, and compacting the base layer graded sand-gravel material; after the compaction coefficient meets the design requirement, curbs on the two sides of the road start to be installed; and pouring the concrete backrest according to the size of the design drawing. And after the backrest concrete is solidified, according to the pavement top elevation, an elevation line is popped to the curb by using an ink fountain line, then concrete is poured, and pavement antiskid treatment is carried out after pouring is completed. By adopting the method, the workload of mounting and dismounting the templates on the two sides of the road is reduced, the consumption of manpower and machinery is obviously reduced, and the project construction cost is further saved.
本发明涉及一种厂区混凝土道路路缘石先置施工方法,首先,根据道路坐标及路面宽度,进行道路基槽开挖;土方开挖结束后,进行路基压实作业;待路基压实度满足设计要求后,按照图纸位置开挖道路上的雨水管及收集井,并进行安装;雨水管及收集井四周采用夯实后,摊铺基层级配砂石料,并进行压实;压实系数满足设计要求后,开始安装道路两侧的路缘石;然后按照设计图纸尺寸,浇筑混凝土靠背。待靠背混凝土凝固后,根据路面顶标高,将标高线使用墨斗线弹至路缘石上,然后浇筑混凝土,浇筑完成后进行路面防滑处理。采用上述方法有利于减少道路两侧模板安装及拆除的工作量,人工和机械的消耗量得到显著降低,进一步地节约项目施工成本。
